Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lisa Crane Apparel. We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

 

To start a return, please contact us at lisa@beautifulartbylisa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Intimate apparel such as swimsuits, sports bras, or leggings that have been worn

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Final sale or clearance items

 

Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a specific product’s return eligibility.

3. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or color when inventory allows.
If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit once your return is received and processed.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at lisa@beautifulartbylisa.com
