Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lisa Crane Apparel! We’re dedicated to delivering your order quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.
During peak seasons, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, package weight, and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 7–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–21 business days

 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • The United States

  • Select international destinations (please check availability at checkout)

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs processes.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, it is in the carrier’s control.
If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist, but Lisa Crane Apparel is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
